At CA Viral Jain Associates, we are committed to providing professional services of the highest standards. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments made for our services may be refunded or canceled.
Our services involve professional time, expertise, and effort and are customized as per client requirements.
Once a service engagement has commenced, fees paid are non-refundable.
A client may request cancellation of services before the engagement has commenced. In such cases, any advance payment made may be adjusted against future services or refunded at our discretion.
Cancellations requested after work has started will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged twice due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
Payment Error: If a transaction is debited from the client’s account but not received by us, upon confirmation from the payment gateway/bank, the amount will be refunded.
Exceptional Cases: Any other refund request will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis at our sole discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be made to the original source of payment used at the time of transaction.
Payments made towards consultation fees, statutory filings, regulatory payments, or services already delivered are non-refundable.
Any government fees, taxes, or third-party charges paid on behalf of the client are also non-refundable.
