Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CA Viral Jain Associates, we are committed to providing professional services of the highest standards. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments made for our services may be refunded or canceled.


1. Service-Based Nature of Engagement

  • Our services involve professional time, expertise, and effort and are customized as per client requirements.

  • Once a service engagement has commenced, fees paid are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation of Services

  • A client may request cancellation of services before the engagement has commenced. In such cases, any advance payment made may be adjusted against future services or refunded at our discretion.

  • Cancellations requested after work has started will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged twice due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

  • Payment Error: If a transaction is debited from the client’s account but not received by us, upon confirmation from the payment gateway/bank, the amount will be refunded.

  • Exceptional Cases: Any other refund request will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be made to the original source of payment used at the time of transaction.

5. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Payments made towards consultation fees, statutory filings, regulatory payments, or services already delivered are non-refundable.

  • Any government fees, taxes, or third-party charges paid on behalf of the client are also non-refundable.
